Progressive Oregon Women (POW!) invites you to the third in our POWer Up for 2024 event series: Supporting Local BIPOC Women Candidates
Date/Time: Sunday, October 6, 2024, 4-6 pm
Location: Private residence between Phoenix/Talent, address provided upon RSVP.
Women face greater scrutiny than men when we step up to lead. Even more so, women who represent BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and people of color) communities face unique barriers when running for office. We will hear from these candidates and learn how we can support.
Please bring your caring and curiosity to this free event. Candidate donations are welcome! Light refreshments will be served.
